Option 2 Claim Questions

1. What is a Warranty Deductible?

Under Ford's New Vehicle Limited Warranty, you may have been charged a deductible of $100 for an engine repair occurring after the 3-year/60,000-kilometre bumper-to-bumper warranty, but before the end of the 5-year/160,000-kilometre engine warranty.

2. Who is eligible for reimbursement?

If your vehicle is eligible to participate in the settlement, and you paid more than one $100 deductible in connection with obtaining an engine repair under Ford’s 5-year/160-000 kilometre New Vehicle Limited Warranty, you may submit a claim for partial reimbursement of the second through fifth $100 deductibles you paid under Ford’s Limited Warranty.
